How does it work?

2. What happens then...?
After your meeting,
Golsong's designer will send you between 3 and 10 sketches via email or whatsap.
3. Selection of your design
Select the design you like and let's discuss about it.
4. Selection of a new gemstone or diamond
Choosing a loose gemstone or diamond for your creation can be stressful, reason why our gemmologists are there 100% for you!.
Before making a selection, we will present you a variety of stones fitting your description.
If the stone is still with our miners, we will ask you to trust our gemmologist and listen to their advise as they will always work in your best interest before purchasing it!
If the stone you like is at one of our ethical gem or diamond wholesaler in England or in Europe, we will be able to show you the stone before purchase.
4.1 Purchase of a loose gemstone or diamond
If Golsong gemmologist have to buy loose gemmstones or diamonds for the creations, (outside of very small melle diamonds you find on the side of central stones or on the bands).
Full payment of these large loose stones will be requested before starting the creation process.
5. Payment process if YOU BRING your gemstone or diamond.
You bring a gemstone or diamond to be set in the selected Golsong's design. No additional costs will be requested for that stone.
6. Final payment
A 50% deposit of the estimated final cost will be requested before any start of the creation process.
The creation process takes between 4 to 6 weeks but could be quicker.
Once your jewellery is ready to be delivered we will ask for the remaining 50% of the final costs to be paid before delivery.
7. Delivery
At Golsong, we always do our best to hand deliver your made-to-measure piece.
This service is available only for Brussels and London!
If we are unable to hand deliver your creation, we will send it to you via secured shipping.
Price to start a made-to-measure jewellery
Made-to-measure creations can only be made in precious metals (Gold, Platinum) and start at £1500 / 1500€.
Prices vary accordingly to the quantity and value of the gemstones or diamonds , the complexity of the work as well as to the metal price.
