How does it work?
6 Steps for your dreams to become true...
1. Discuss your project
Contact Golsong's team to discuss your project, show us the jewellery you wish to transform .
* We will not take your jewellery until the start of the creation.
2. What happens then?
Once we agreed on how to recycle your pieces, Golsong's designer will start working on your project and send you a first selection of sketches.
3. Selection of your design
Choose the design you like the most and let's discuss about it.
4. Selection of new stones
If you decide to add gemstones or diamonds larger than 0.20ct to the one you already have, we will request a full payment of these ones before continuing with the creation process.
*We do not buy your gemstones or jewellery back. However, we can direct you to the correct professional who will be able to assist you.
5. Starting the creation
Your final design has been selected!
We are ready to launch the creation process once the first 50% of the total cost have been paid and Golsong's team gave you a detailed reception not of your jewellery.
6. Delivery of your jewellery
Once your jewellery has been transformed, we will ask for the remaining 50% of the final cost to be paid before delivery as well as organise a date for the delivery.
If we cannot meet in person, we will securely send your creation.
