Refund policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are confident you will love your Golsong jewellery, but should you have made the wrong selection, while purchasing this one online or during private sales, you can return your item within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We offer no refunds nor exchanges for any made-to-measure items. For ready made items we offer no refunds but a same value free exchange or gift card to be spent online or during one of our private sales.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by calling us on +44(0)7548085713 or email us onlineteamggjewels@gmail.com stating the reason for your return. Ensure the pieces are in their original condition, original Golsong packaging, unworn and unused.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note special orders, made-to-measure or items that have been engraved at your request cannot be refund nor exchanged.
Refunds for online purchase and private sales (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its reception. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the full amount of the refund will be applied on a gift card, you will receive by email, to be spend within 2 years, with Golsong. Please contact us for any other enquiry concerning refunds for online purchase.

Exchanges for online purchase and private sales (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon reception as each item is individualy inspected before delivery to garantee the quality and finish of this one. However, if damages happened during delivery notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by calling us on +44(0)7548085713 or email us onlineteamggjewels@gmail.com. Pictures of the received postal packaging and date as well as of the the state of the jewellery will be requested.
Returns (if applicable)
We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or any other secure method of delivery for your return. Address for this one will be communicated via email. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods nor for damage made during transport if you have not pack the item properly.
Please be aware that, costs for returning the jewellery are at your charge. We cannot refund the initial delivery/insurance custom’s surcharge.

GENERAL CANCELLATION OF AN ONLINE ORDER
Should you wish to cancel an online order before despatch, please contact us on +44 (0) 7548085713 or by email on onlineteamggjewels@gmail.com as soon as possible. For all our orders our turn over is 3 to 4 weeks as mentioned on our website. If we do have the correct size jewellery in stock we will inform you and send it earlier.
