Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We deliver with a minimum shipping and insurance charge in Belgium and United Kingdoms for all your orders above 500 euros. However, a special rated charge for secured and insured shipping for any made to measure or orders above 500 euros will be applied. This charge will vary depending on where you are located. Overseas countries do have higher rates.
The package will be insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Please ensure to use an address that will have someone available to sign during mail delivery times. If providing a business address, please include the name of this one.

We are not held responsible for any delays or fees charged by customs/duties in your country. The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties or brokerage fees.
Most made-to-measure pieces and unique creations can take between 4 and 8 weeks to be shipped after confirmation of the project. Made-to-measure pieces will be personally delivered in Belgium and in London. (COVID 19 measures might temporarily affect this service)
Turn around times for ready to ship items take between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive, except around festive time when it can take slightly longer.
