4. Good news! We work with a lot of ethical miners, so if we do not currently have your dreamed gems we can help you find every shape and size in just a few days.

What are the costs?
Diamond prices vary accordingly to the supply and demand on the market but also based on their colour, clarity, cut and carat weight, also known as the GIA's 4 C
For gemstones, prices are not decided internationnaly by a "bourse" therefore they can vary from one supplier to another.
If we do not have the gem you are looking for in stock, we do our very best to offer you the best price there is on the market for the specifications you gave us while remaining fair and ethical..
Understanding price variations
As we do not stock every diamond and gemstones of your dreams, we receive prices based on the actual stock and demand of the world market.
Don't be surprised to find price variations between us and other retailers. Of course at Golsong Jewellery we will always work in your best interest and offer you the best price possible for the best quality gemstone and diamond.
Our gemmologist found a stone you like! What happens then?
Very often our gemstones are still in their country of origin. We will ask you to trust our knowledge and the fact we work in your best interest as you will have to buy the gemstone before you can see it for real!
This way, we can guarantee the money you pay goes straight to the miner and not to a middle man.
Of course, our gemmologist will advise you and explain what you are looking at. You will receive as many pictures and videos as possible, in order for you to have an excellent idea of the stone before taking any decision.

When purchasing a diamond or gemstone we strongly suggest you to trust and listen to the advises of our professional gemmologist but also ideally buy certified diamonds and gems even if the prices are slightly higher.

Certification
Certificates are not as common for loose gemstones as they are for diamonds. However, for stones such as sapphires, rubies and emeralds bigger than 3-4ct we ideally buy certified gemstones or suggest to have your stone certified after purchase.

Made to measure projects orpurchase of a loose stone will require a full payment before the start of the project or the delivery of the gem.
