Shipping

We deliver free of charge in Europe for all your orders up to a value of 2000 euros.
For overseas countries additional charges will be added to your basket.

The package will be insured and require signature confirmation.

Please ensure to use an address that will have someone available to sign during mail delivery times. If providing a business address, please include the name of this one. .

We are not held responsible for any delays or fees charged by customs/duties in your country. The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties or brokerage fees. .

Most made-to-measure pieces and unique creations can take between 4 and 8 weeks to be shipped.

Turn around times for ready to ship items take between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive, except around festive time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident you will love your Golsong jewellery, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 15 days. Please call us on +44(0)7548085713 or email us onlineteamggjewels@gmail.com stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the original Golsong box.
We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods..

Please be aware that, costs for returning the jewellery are at your charge. We cannot refund the initial delivery/insurance custom’s surcharge. We offer no refunds but a same value free exchange or gift card to be spent online or during one of our private sales.

Please note we cannot offer a refund or exchange on special ordered, made-to-measure nor items that have been engraved at your request.
Sould you decide to return your Golsong creation to our studio, please note that in exchange you will receive a merchandise credit equal to the value of your creation.

General Cancellation of an online order

Should you wish to cancel an online order before despatch, please contact us on +44 (0) 7548085713 or by email on onlineteamggjewels@gmail.com as soon as possible. For all our orders our turn over is 3 to 4 weeks as mentioned on our website. If we do have the correct size jewellery in stock we will inform you and send it earlier..
